1How can I find out more about a training course?

2How do I book a training course?
You can contact us for the choice of course you are interested in. Once you confirm we will share the registration details along with course joining formalities.

3How do I pay for my training?
We accept both cash and cheque payments. We can also arrange for you to pay your course fees in instalments.

4Will I receive joining instructions?
Yes. You will be guided by our representatives during joining.

5Can I cancel a course I’ve booked?
Yes, but depending on the progress of the course a proportionate amount will be deducted.

6Can I substitute someone in my place as I was not able to attend the course?
No. This option is not available.

7Do you ever cancel courses?
No. We do not cancel our courses.

8Who can learn ORACLE DBA course?
A graduate from any stream, with a passion to learn and can spend around 3-4 hours per day is eligible for learning the course.

9What should I know to learn ORACLE DBA?
Basic SQL and UNIX commands knowledge is sufficient. We will be providing additional training on the same. (Introduction to Linux is also covered in the course curriculum.)

10How is the online training conducted?
Online trainings are conducted using web interactive software. All the participants can communicate with the trainer and get the doubts clarified instantly. We are launching our online courses shortly. You may fill up the contact form to stay updated on our online batches.

11How do I join the session?
A secured link will be provided to the participant to join the session remotely from your desired location.

12Which are the training days in a week?
Weekday trainings are conducted from Monday to Friday (5 Days). Weekends are reserved for buffer sessions or practical trainings.

13How about study material?
Both hard copy and soft copy of the study material will be provided to the students. The soft copy of the course will be sent via Email on request. Course material contains all the practice sessions with examples along with basic SQL and UNIX commands.

14How can I get my questions answered during practice after session?
You may reach out to the trainer any time during the day to clarify your questions or doubts. Also, you are free to get in touch with the trainer via email or phone.

15I completed my B.Tech last year. Now I am interested to learn SQL DBA. Is it good or should I choose Oracle DBA. If I choose SQL DBA as a fresher can I get a job? Is there any certification that I can do with SQL DBA? And are there any supporting courses that improve my chances of getting selected?
Both SQL (Microsoft) and oracle DBA (Oracle) are equally good. After getting trained in oracle DBA, RAC and apps DBA courses will improve the employability.

16I am student working as an apps technical consultant. I want to shift to Apps DBA. Do I have to learn Core DBA first?
It is always advised to learn core DBA first, as it is the foundation for Apps DBA.

17I am presently working in the banking industry for 3 years. I am looking forward to a career in IT industry. My colleague suggested to get trained in SQL and DBA. Please suggest me which course would be better - SQL DBA, Oracle DBA or something else?
Since you have experience in the banking sector for 3 years you may pursue Oracle Financial Consultant which is a functional side course that adds value to the experience you have.
